Tools and Strategies in Dietary Assessment

Science:

Accurate assessment of dietary intake is the cornerstone of many human nutrition studies. In this course we will take an in-depth analysis of traditional approaches and biomarker-based approaches.

Leadership:

In addition to the science aspects, we will also deal with effective leadership and management skills. By understanding personal values and transferable skills as well as different leadership, personality styles and team roles, participants will appreciate the range of attributes different team members can bring and how they can be supported and empowered to maximise collaboration and productivity in a motivating environment.
